Why we built FindBalkan
Looking for a place to live in another country is still surprisingly hard. Listings are scattered across dozens of national portals, each with its own language, filters and quirks. You end up with twenty open tabs and no overview.
We started FindBalkan in 2025 from a small studio in Belgrade with one goal: build the portal we wished existed when we were house hunting abroad. One search bar, one map, one consistent layout, across every country we cover.
Today it spans all 11 Balkan countries, for buyers, remote workers and families comparing homes without the friction. We're early, and it gets better with every listing an agent adds.
